Fun at Barnes and Noble

My family and I decided to go to Harkins Theater and The Cheesecake Factory yesterday. Before our Movie started we decided to walk around the Shopping Center.

I came across Barnes and Noble and decided to go inside because Dr. Seuss Birthday is March 2nd. While inside we went upstairs to the Children’s section.

Charlie asked the clerk if they had books on Basketball. She showed us the Sports section. I told Charlie he might find a book on Kobe. She asked us if we knew Kobe had written a book.

Charlie and I let her know we didn’t know that. She took us over to the book and after reading the back cover I can’t wait to purchase this novel for Charlie for Christmas.

Charlie asked if he could get a new book. I showed him the Minecraft novels. Then we went to look at Diary of A Wimpy Kid and then Charlie saw The Addams Family.

Charlie looked through the book and said he would be able to read it on his own and asked if he could have it. David said yes, he could and reminded Charlie we needed to also purchase the movie.

The Addams family is novel Charlie and David will read together then they will sit down and watch the movie. Creating the perfect Guys Night or Family Movie Night.

While walking through Barnes and Noble I found books called The Babysitters Club which Suzzane used to read. I would like to get for myself in memory of her.

If you haven’t had the opportunity to visit Barnes and Nobel its much more than a Bookstore, There is a Starbucks inside and they offer us Free Wifi and Birthday Parties like the one they are hosting to celebrate Elmo.

Thank you,

Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
