Ginger Browns

Charlie, David and I went to dinner before Covid19 at Ginger Brown’s in Fort Worth. I’ve been going here for lunch and dinner even when Suzzane was here because of the Vegetables and Specials they have on a Daily basis.

They have lunch and dinner specials. Charlie likes there Happy Hour on which included Nachos . I like knowing they make Homemade Cinnamon Rolls which you can purchase for breakfast at home.

Does there menu remind you of anyone? It does me of Audrey Hepburn and I wish I had been able to bring my Uncle Chuck here as he would have liked the Menu and the breakfast you can get here.

My mom loved all the Pies they serve and so does David. Charlie and I love the huge Cookies you can purchase. But why order them when your meal comes with a free Cinnamon Roll .

Or the wonderful Dinner Rolls that are to die for. With a special butter Charlie and David like. You know me I prefer plan butter on for my Rolls. I have to be different.

I am PROUD to let you know Ginger Browns has closed during Covid19 to keep there staff and customers safe. I am so proud of them for putting families first instead of the all might dollar.

I can’t wait for Ginger Browns to open back up because David is missing there Breakfast and I want to go for lunch because they offer Vegetables you can’t get any where else. Including Beets and Fried Squash.

I ordered the Chicken Pot Pie which was there special this time when we went to Dinner. The Chicken Pot Pie was tasty and had a nice Broth. Plenty of Veggies and huge pieces of Chicken. I can’t wait to order the Chicken Pot Pie again.

The only thinking I wish is that the Broth was a little bit thicker and that there was a bottom Crust and instead of the top Crust sitting on the Chicken Pot Pie I would prefer the Filing to be inside the Crust.

Mashed Potato was so good I just wish I had ordered Cream Gravy for the Potato. I did like knowing they were Homemade. The Black Eyed Peas were so yummy and I can’t wait to order them the next time we go.

David and Charlie always order Chicken 4 Ever and it is like that as there is so many Chicken Strips you can share them. If I got them I would ask for Gravy but David and Charlie prefer Reanch for sipping the Chicken Strips in.

They chose Macaroni and Cheese which was so creamy and tasted so good. I wanted to order a bowl to bring home for dinner the next day. Along with French Fries they shared and they like getting them with no, salt.

With our dinner we was given Cinnamon Rolls which we brought home. I like them but David thinks they have a Coffee Taste and doesn’t like them that much.

Charlie doesn’t eat the Cinnamon Rolls at all . so I always give David’s CInnamon Roll of them to my sister for her Breakfast which she takes to work.

Inside the restaurant is signs like the one above that say’s Be Kind. I love finding signs like this because no, matter how bad my day is this reminds me to be kind.

With everything happening in the world my Anxiety has been running high and I printed out this sign to hang in my office. David always calms me down and this reminds me to talk to David.

Isn’t this banner so pretty I love the Red Rose and even Charlie took the time to read it and reminded me KINDNESS is the most important thing in the world.
