Once Christmas is over, I’m Praying, believing and hoping to get back on track with my walking. Along with swimming at the GYM. Because all the weight I lost has come back.
I feel like I weigh more now than I ever did and not only that I noticed I’m eating a lot more than I was. The food I tend to go for is snacks and that isn’t healthy. I am beginning to look and feel like a Whale.

In January I plan on talking to both David and Charlie and getting them to agree to walk with me daily because I am hoping I can also get back to walking as I know I felt better when I did walked on a daily basis. Walking leads me to the park and Charlie can play and that would be his PE for the day. I am Praying we can get David up and move as well because it would be good for his Heart.

It is 2018, and I am overweight and turning 52 in November, and Charlie is 10, and I would like to be here when he graduates and gets married. To be able to be here I know I need to change the things I do because if I don’t do it, no one can do it for me.
Now here is another reason I would like to lose the extra weight I am carrying around. I am tired of being asked if I am Charlie’s grandmother and I hope once I lose the weight I need to lose and I get my hair cut and colored that people will stop asking me if I am Charlie’s grandmother and see that I am his mom. As I don’t want to embarrass either Charles or David and right now, I feel like I do.
