As a adult our children believe we know everything, but I don’t especially when it comes to losing weight. Even though Charlie has completed #Homeschool I still have Charlie cook once a week and study new diets. Charlie can prepare meals people in our family can have without hurting them. This is why I will be sharing High-Protein Macros Made Easy with Charlie and David.

My best friend Debbie Finney Sutton is also on a High-Protein diet. I plan on purchasing High-Protein Macros Made Easy for Debbie for Christmas. I also can’t wait for my sister to look through the recipes and see if there is anything she can use with her Gluten-Free Diet.

In our home I can’t wait to make “Saucy Baked Spaghetti and Meatballs because Spaghetti is one of Charlie and David’s favorite meals. For breakfast for Charlie, I can’t wait to make “Breakfast Burrito Bowls” I bet you David will want one as well. How about you?
