Good morning, how are you? I wanted to bring you a new Homeschool Resource: MacTutor History of Math Archive which is a math resource Charlie and I will be checking out this week. If you’ve used this math resource leave me a comment and let me know what you liked about the resource or what you didn’t like about the resource and why.


MacTutor History of Math Archive
– Grades 4-12, with parental supervision

MacTutor is a free online resource containing biographies of more than 3000 mathematicians and over 2000 pages of essays and supporting materials.

Including 31 New Biographies including some Mexican mathematicians and some of the early female members of the AMS, as well as 31 New Entries in the Additional Material category. We have also added a new History Topic, one new Mathematical Society, two more Mathematical Honours and 11 large Mathematical posters.

Charlie and I will began using Mathematicians Of The Day which will teach us not only about Math but allow Charlie to get his reading done for the day.
