Ken Pal keeps loved ones close anytime of the day or night

Ken Pal is a puppy I was sent to conduct a review on.

I wanted Ken Pal because I thought he would make a nice Gift for my daughter Leslie. She is moving to Houston with her boyfriend and Ken Pal keeps loved ones close anytime of the day or night.

Once Charlie saw the puppy he wanted to keep this for himself. When Charlie was at school I put photos inside the dog of Leslie,my daughter Suzzane,  my mom and my nephew David.

These are people  are either in Heaven or ones Charlie doesn’t see that often. I figured by doing this the dog would always keep these people close to Charlie and in his Heart.

When Charlie got home he looked at Ken Pal and the photos I put inside his ear. Charlie placed the dog on his bed. Charlie let me know this was his and he isn’t sharing.
Charlie doesn’t let his friends touch the dog because he doesn’t want the photos messed up. What Charlie doesn’t know is the photos are copies. I have the originals pput up because the instructions says not to use your originals. Which makes sense as they could get messed up.
Charlie has asked me if there are other Ken Pals. If so he would like to get my sister one for Christmas but as of now there isn’t. If you check the website it does say they’ll release more soon.
I hope when they do they release a cat because I know my sister would love having a cat  she can put photos in of Charlies, Jason and Suzzane’s pictures in.
I’ve thought of taking out the pictures and putting in a letter each night I write to Charlie so as he falls asleep he would have something to read. Plus I could have my dad write him a letter to go inside Ken Pal and if something happened to my dad he would have the letter to always remember my dad with.
Ken Pals are nice Gifts for boy as well as girls. I can see both kids and adults wanting them. if you know someone going to college the dogs make great Gifts for people leaving for College or just as a “I LOVE you Gift”.

What It Is

Kin Pal is an 18-inch stuffed animal that looks like a hound dog. When you lift up its floppy ears, you’ll find clear pockets for holding 4×6 photos.       Kin Pal was developed to help children connect to long-distance relatives and friends.

While kids play with Kin Pal, they’ll also be able to see pictures of familiar faces. Kids can play peek-a-boo, and parents can also put flashcards in the ears to turn Kin Pal into an educational toy. The photos fit snugly inside the plastic pockets so that they won’t fall out, but they can easily be removed if you want to switch pictures.

Is It Fun?

This large, soft stuffed animal is cute and cuddly. Kids will like being able to see a picture of a loved one whenever they lift up the ears. This makes a nice gift between long-distance friends and family members.

What To Be Aware Of

Kin Pal is available at mykinpal.com. The hound dog is the only Kin Pal available, but additional Kin Pal animals are expected to be released.

Kin Pals are meant to be played with and eventually your pictures will need to be replaced. It is not recommended that you keep irreplaceable photos in your Kin Pal. It is recommended that you keep the cards that came in your Kin Pal’s ears behind your photos to increase their durability.
