About:

2020 has been a time of unparalleled stress.. It can be challenging to find a gift that can make a meaningful difference to your loved ones. This year, why not give the gift of a calmer mind? Make someone’s day by giving a virtual class pack or gift card to Liberate, the mental wellness studio that leaves you feeling lighter:

  • Each class at Liberate (both virtual or in-person) guides participants through a sequence of mindful movement, reflection journaling, conversation, and meditation.
  • With each class, participants will strengthen their mental fitness for whatever comes their way in 2021.
  • Family and friends can choose from themed wellness classes focused on empowering topics like presence, self-love, gratitude and resilience.
  • Best of all, they’ll find peace of mind in a supportive community.

A gift card or class pass to Liberate is the perfect gift for any human being looking to practice mindfulness and add more intention, calm, and levity to their life.
