Last Friday when we were out looking for Garage Sales we came upon a sign leading us to a Garage Sale. As we pulled up we ended up stuck behind a Garbage Truck. Debbie and I thought they were picking up trash from the back of the house. Although that wasn’t the case they were shopping just like the rest of us.. All I can say is only in Texas would you find the trash men shopping at a Garage Sale. I just wish I had snapped some pictures of it.
As I would have been able to put it on America’s Funniest Home Videos. Now before you ask if I thought I would win and the answer is no, but I know there would be some people who would think the Garbage Men shopping at a Garage Sale is funny. Just like mine and David’s family did. In fact if my stepson Travis was still working for the Sanitation Department I can tell you he would have been one of the men shopping at the Garage Sale.
Now, my question for you is what do you think about a City Worker who is on the clock shopping at a Garage Sale during business hours? As they was being paid and before you ask no, it wasn’t time for lunch. Or even for them to have a break as this was there first stop on there Garbage route as there truck was completely empty.

That is so bizarre! I guess they couldn’t pass up the chance for a bargain! They were taking up some prime parking space though!
