I would like to share a book Of Women and Salt which Gabriela Garcia first novel which I received in exchange for this review.

The past week I’ve been reading Of Women and Salt

which has helped me learn more about Cuba, Immagration and Ice all in on book. The novel is suspenseful and will keep you asking what next. Showing you relationships with moms aren’t perfect. You would never know this is her the Authors first novel and find yourself wanting to purchase more books written by her as soon as possible.

About Gabriela Garcia

Gabriela Garcia is the recipient of a Rona Jaffe Foundation Writer’s Award and a Steinbeck Fellowship from San Jose State University. Her fiction and Poems have appeared in Best American Poetry, Tin House, Zyzzyva, Iowa Review, and elsewhere. She is the daughter of immigrants from Mexico and Cuba and grew up in Miami. Of Women and Salt is her first novel.
