There were several reasons I wanted to read On the Golden Cliffs including Lyla is a social media queen something I aspire to be when I grow up. As well a Rueben an Amish author which could lead to a interesting life. The book is set in Montana which would have SNOW and Mountains. As well as the Amish whom have fascinated me. I could relate to the Author losing things due to social media which I saw happen firsthand to a friend of mine.
If you haven’t had the opportunity to check out On the Golden Cliffs you should as soon as possible because the cover alone will take your breath away. On the Golden Cliffs is part of a series but can be read as a stand alone novel which I like a lot. Once you finish it you will want to look for Beyond the Gray Mountains: A Big Sky Amish Novel and Under the Blue Skies: A Big Sky Amish Novel.
