David and I found a new restaurant Riverbend Cafe & Catering the other day. Riverbend Cafe & Catering is right around the corner from our home. Charlie was out with a friend so David and I stopped in for dinner.
I liked the decorations you find inside Riverbend Cafe & Catering. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was nice, cozy and comforting. The staff was so kind and went over the Menu with us.
I was impressed by all the knowledge the staff had from the menu to the way the foods were prepared. I could tell Riverbend Cafe & Catering enjoyed what they were doing and cared about there customers.
David and I both settled on a Classic Burger. I chose Onion Rings and David chose Fridom Frites . My Onion Rings had a wonderful crispy taste. I can’t wait to try them again.
David’s Fridom Frites had a nice crunchy taste. They would put Seasoning Salt on Fridom Frites but David asked for that to be left off. Neither the Fridom Frites or Onion Rings were greasy.
David and I both ordered the Classic Burger but he chose Swiss Cheese. David said the Cheese had a nice taste. The Swiss Cheese made the Hamburger stand out. There was just enough Bacon for David although for me you can never have enough Bacon.
I also chose Classic Burger.I piked out Cheddar Cheese for my Classic Burger. I loved the taste of the Cheese and the Meat they used on our Classic Burger. The Bacon was done and wasn’t to crispy and had a great taste. I just wish there were more Bacon.
We looked at the Dessert menu and I thought of ordering the Italian Cream Cake but David didn’t want any dessert but said he would bring me back to get a piece of cake soon because Italian Cream is my favorite cake.
