Sometimes A Thank You Doesn’t Seem Like Enough

Sometimes a thank you doesn’t seem like enough. Especially when working on events to raise money for Charities. So today I wanted to make sure that some people know how much I appreciated them and all of there hard work this weekend.

Don Kobe, Mrs Gori and the American Legion who allows us to host the events at American Legion Post #655. The staff who takes the time to cook the food the Vendors are given for lunch or breakfast.

Everyone who steps up as helpers as it means a lot knowing I have people I can count on and that I can trust. So today I wanted to let both David and Charlie know you where God sends on Saturday. I couldn’t do these events without your support.

Carol Wesson helped us locate Vendors as well as took care of last minute details on Saturday and this made the event run so much smoother. Now, I would like to let you know encase you don’t know it Carol is also a Avon representative

.

Since LouAnn Albright  was the Avon Rep at this event Carol didn’t have a chance to set up a table. But she was a real trooper and came in and helped us make sure the event ran smoothly. I would have been lost without her.

Then we also had another Vendor who wasn’t able to set up at the event due to some personal issues but Sandee Judson- Christie and her family took the time to come out to the event and support everyone else.

So remember as events are set up even if you do not have a opportunity to showcase your business there is still plenty of ways to be seen behind the scenes if you just think outside the box.

Just ask Rain Kobe who came up with her own business for this event. Now if you would like to know what she did she came up with painted rocks and let me tell you if Charlie had had his own money he would have purchased every single rock she had as he loves her so much.

So Please be looking for more events and things happening at the American Legion and if you or someone you know has ever been in the Service we would like to invite you to join us as members of the American Legion.

Also I can’t forget Darrel Eaton who was so kind to step up and help me run the event. On top of being a Vendor at the Show. I am really grateful for his support and kindness.

Or come out to Grandy’s- Resturants tomorrow night at 6:30 as we will be hosting our Networking Meeting and Donald Kobe will be out to speak to us about the American Legion.
