I would like to let you know I was sent the Stem Starter Kit from My First Lab in exchange for this review. The thoughts in the review is mine and my families no, one else.
When school begins David and I planning on purchasing a phone for Charlie. This way Charlie can reach us when he is on the school bus or at school and needs to stay late for band or athletics.
As were researching phones we could get Charlie I found a Stem Starter Kit which will work with any Smartphone or tablet. Although, I didn’t plan on getting Charlie a Smartphone because of the price the Stem Starter Kit will allow us to turn Charlie’s smartphone into a Microscope.
If we were still Homeschooling Charlie and I could have used the Stem Starter Kit in our Science class. Even with Charlie in Public School now I would still like to get the kit and try it out.
Seeing the Stem Starter Kit comes with 5 Slides would give us a variety of items to look at and we wouldn’t have to make up our own slides saving us time.
Charlie’s favorite feature is the carrying case because Charlie can take the Stem Starter Kit to school and show his Science teachers. Having a stand the kids in his classroom can get up close to the resources they’re looking at and they wouldn’t have to touch the phone.
Stem Starter Kit comes with 15 unique specimens including Animal Hair. Which we could have fixed this slide ourselves because we have 4 dogs that shed everywhere.
Then there was a slide featuring rocks which Charlie and I could find outside when were taking our daily walk. Allowing us to get outside and off the couch.
All in all My First Lab makes teaching our children easy and fun and I can’t wait until my niece Lily and nephew Jason are older and I will purchase Stem Starter Kit for them.
