Since nothing else I’ve been doing has helped me with the weight loss I want. I’ve decided to read this book this week and see if it helps.

If you’ve read and used the information inside Complete Idiot’s Guide to Weight Loss please let me know if it worked for you. Or is there other steps your taking to lose weight? Even drinking my weight in water and walking 30 minutes a day or 10,000 steps isn’t helping me. All its doing it making me frustrated and angry. Along with grouchy and ugly Charlie and yes, even David said.
