Just like the Little Engine who could here I am still putting one foot in front of other as I work to catch up with everyone in the Ultimate Blog Challenge. This challenge happens 3 times a year. I hope the next two times I’m able to stay on track and post once a day so I can interact with the participants.

I would love to have you come and join myself and my friends in the challenge. The group was to keep us on track with walking and our water consumption as I struggle to lose weight. But the group is a great way to make new friends even if you don’t want to walk or track the water you drink.
