Wondergrade

This is a review for a App called Wondergrade which I was allowed to check out in exchange for this review.

I would like to tell you with the Uncernitity of Covid 19 and trying to decided if I wanted to move forward with the Blog and what to do about Homeschool or Public School for Charlie most days I felt like I was losing my mind.

I kept would find myself getting upset and frustrated not only with myself but also my family. I think I spent more time yelling than I did talking which isn’t right.

After taking a break and just sitting in the house reflecting on things I have I knew if I didn’t change things I would end up alienating my family and that is the last thing I wanted to do.

I picked up my computer for the first time in a week and I found the email talking about Wondergrade and how it helps parents so I decided it couldn’t hurt to check into it.

I would like to tell you Wondergrade was a Godsend and no, it didn’t change things overnight but it helped me change the way I was thinking and gave helped me with a positive mindset.

As a parent I would like to let you know Wondergrade helps parents with skills on how to navigate certain emotional aspects littles experiences through life including their body image.

Before you ask no, I am not a little but I’ve been belittling myself because of the weight I’ve gained and how old I’ve been looking because I haven’t been taking care of myself.

As well as how Charlie’s body is changing as he becomes a full fledged teenager in December and I wasn’t sure to handle all the changes to his body including the Mustaches he is beginning to get.

But through Wondergrade I’ve learned how to react to things positively and how I can help my nieces when they face changes in there bodies and trust me they will.

Think outside the box and you will be able to change not only your life but family members who are feeling overwhelmed and you will find many ways to use Wondergrade not only with little but with both boys and girls of all ages.

About:

With Summer here, girls especially experience loads of emotions and how they feel about themselves and their bodies (of course, boys too!).

Wondergrade is created by a mom and former nurse, to aid child development with lessons in meditation, self-regulation and mindful movement exercises. The app provides tools for both parents and children to help handle life’s tricky moments.

Available on Apple App Store & Android Google Play

Thank you,

Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
