Whether you’re planning a weekend outing, a homeschool field trip, or a simple after-school adventure, you’ll find something fun and affordable every Thursday. Allowing you to spend time with your friends and family.

“As a mom, a wife, and someone who loves finding simple joys in everyday moments, I wanted to create something that helps families slow down, explore our beautiful DFW community, and make memories together. I hope this weekly guide blesses your family as much as it blesses mine.”
Here is a family friendly tip our children grow up so fast just look at Charlie and Bradley. Remember we don’t have to be tied to our phones do a #noelectronics day and talk to your friends, family and children. Before you say I need my phone for such and such do you really need the phone or do you want the phone?
Bring one phone for the whole family and keep it locked in the car set a limit to how often you’re going to check it. My family checks it before we go into events, at lunch time encase David’s parents’ call. On the way home.
Before you say I want to take photos of the event were attending purchase a kid-friendly camera the kids can use and let everyone take turns taking photos which is a learning experience and teaches sharing and patience which we all need.

Family Fun Friday will also feature budget-friendly activities dads can enjoy with their kids, including:

📅 When to Expect Each Post
Family Fun Friday posts will go live every Thursday at 9:00 AM CDT. This gives families time to plan their weekend before things get busy.
