This is a review for 1 Page at a Time (Blue): A Daily Creative Companion published by Adam J. Kurtz which I was sent a copy of in exchange for this review.

Charlie doesn’t like keeping a Journal and he hates Creative Writing which is one of the classes I was going to teach in our Homeschool Class this year. So I had to think outside the box and when I found out about 1 Page at a Time (Blue): A Daily Creative I knew it would be the perfect addition to our class.

There is 3 different color covers for 1 Page at a Time (Blue): A Daily Creative so I can pick one out for David and I as well. Then as a family we can fill out the book giving us a Journal of how the year went and what we did.

The book can be done in anyway and you don’t have to start on page one and go in a certain order and choose what we want to do that day. Or we can skip a day and its okay.

I had David look through the book this evening and he and Charlie sat down and wrote out something terrible that you can’t undo and Charlie put mean words on his page and explained how he had been feeling bad because he had been talking to me that way.

I believe 1 Page at a Time (Blue): A Daily Creative will bring us closer together as a family while helping Charlie and David practice both there reading, writing and spelling.

Every day is a chance to create something new for yourself. Put down your phone and pick up a pencil. Give yourself some space. The Internet will still be there. Start with one page at a time, and you’ll be surprised at just how much you can create.

Each of the 365 prompts in 1 Page at a Time will encourage you to draw, write, list, reflect, and share. It’s a journal, scrapbook & anything else. This book is your new best friend. It’s whatever you say it is. Slowly fill the book and by the time it’s done, you’ll have a perfect keepsake of the year you made it through.
