It’s going to be a crazy busy day today as we have to take a trip to Springtown this morning. A trip there can take anywhere from 3 to 4 hours. Because it’s almost a hour each way from our home. Then David likes to visit with his Aunt Barbara and Uncle Don he doesn’t usually get the opportunity to do..
I wanted to make sure I had gotten our post for our Would you rather challenge done this morning before we hear out. Along with our post sharing Food Holidays which today is National Root Bear Float Day. After this road trip I think were going to deserve a treat or two. Don’t you?
This morning’s question we were asked if we would rather play Soccer in Sandals or play Tennis with a Hockey Helmet on why?
Charlie said he has played Soccer in sandals, clogs and even barefooted at times so he would choose playing tennis with a hockey helmet on because he hasn’t had the opportunity to play tennis and it would be fun to learn a new sport.
I would pick playing soccer in sandals which I’ve done in the past but not my knees will not let me run so I would have to choose playing tennis with a hockey helmet on as long as I can go somewhere where no, one would see me.
David said its 6 of one and half dozen of another because in both tennis and soccer you have to run. But since he has played soccer all of his life he would choose to play tennis with a Hockey helmet on because he would be able to learn a new sport with Charlie.
These questions are brought from the children’s book by The Ultimate Book of Would You Rather Questions: 1001 Family-Friendly Challenges for Kids, Teens and Adults by Kimberly McLeod (Author). This is a great book to get conversation flowing and a fun addition to #Homeschooling.
Thank you,
Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
