Bob Marley Get Up, Stand Up: (Preschool Music Book, Multicultural Books for Kids, Diversity Books for Toddlers, Bob Marley Children’s Books) (Bob Marley by Chronicle Books)

Welcome to my website as I share a new children’s book, I received with you. Get Up, Stand Up: (Preschool Music Book, Multicultural Books for Kids, Diversity Books for Toddlers, Bob Marley Children’s Books) (Bob Marley by Chronicle Books) by Cedella Marley, Illustrated by John Jay Cabuay.

I always love picking our children’s books for Charlie when he was small that teaches our children lessons. Now that Charlie is almost grown, I do the same for my niece Lily and my nephew Jason. I was excited to share Get Up, Stand Up and the message not only in the book but the song which reminded Charlie everyone is a person and shouldn’t be abused like when he was BULLIED in school.

Once we finished reading the book it led to many discussions on ways to be nice to others even if they are not nice to you. Charlie was surprised to find out David liked Bob Marley music and he is one of his favorite singers. We’ve even added Bob Marley to our Homeschool Music Class curriculum to study this year.

Which will get us out of the house on a Field Trip to a Record Store to look up his music and purchase records for our school. As well as a bookstore to look for books on Bob Marley for our Homeschool Reading Class. Would you like to come with us on our Field Trips then we can share our book with you?
