Dieting , Water and Steps

Man oh man like many others I must admit I stink at Dieting. Drinking the amount of water I should get in each day. As well as the 10,000 steps they say we should do. Heck here lately I haven’t even gotten the 3,000 to 5,000 I set for myself. Were half way through week two of January and all of my goals and resolutions have gone out the window. There is one think I know it isn’t to late to get back on track though. Which I plan on doing and nothing will stop me this time.

Which is why I was excited to find out about Hydratrak Insulated Tumbler, 20 oz. – Lilac from Zak! and there is one in Seafoam that is perfect for my sister.

The silicone bands make it easy to track fluid consumption; wear them as bracelets or roll them up the tumbler each time you refill it. At the end of the day, you can quickly calculate your water intake by counting the number of bands.

The bands can be rearranged to personalize the tumbler, and they also act as a textured, no-slip grip. The press-in lid has a silicone gasket, so it stays in place, and a built-in tab for easy removal. The straw is wide and easy to clean, great for shakes and smoothies, or you can drink directly from the smooth-edged tumbler. When the straw is removed, you can use the built-in stopper in the lid to create a spill-proof seal, allowing simple mixing of flavors and powders, as well as confidence while traveling.

The tapered design fits in most car cup holders. The tumbler is made of break-resistant plastic, with insulating double-wall construction to keep drinks cold for longer while reducing condensation. it is dishwasher safe, BPA free, and holds 20 ounces. Replacement bands are available. Patented.

Thank you,

Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
