For even more fun host a family #movienight and watch Tooth Fairy or Tooth Fairy 2. Or you can play iShyan Crocodile Teeth Toys Game for Kids, Crocodile Biting Finger Dentist Games Funny Alligator Teeth Game.

Tooth Fairy-Themed Activities

  • Create a Tooth Fairy Mailbox: Make a small decorated box where kids can write letters to the Tooth Fairy. Encourage them to ask questions or share stories about losing teeth.
  • Tooth Fairy Math: Use tooth-themed word problems: “If the Tooth Fairy gives $1 per tooth and Jamie has lost 4 teeth, how much has she received?” You can also graph how many teeth each family member has lost!
  • Tooth Timeline” Make a chart showing when baby teeth typically fall out. Kids can mark their own milestones and predict which tooth might be next.

Creative Crafts & Writing

  • Design a Tooth Fairy Door: Use cardboard, glitter, and imagination to craft a tiny “fairy door” that the Tooth Fairy might use to enter the house.
  • Write a Tooth Fairy Tale: Encourage kids to write and illustrate their own story about the Tooth Fairy. Is she tech-savvy? Does she have helpers? What happens if she loses a tooth?
  • Tooth Fairy Wand Craft: Make wands using popsicle sticks, foil stars, and ribbon. Great for pretend play or storytelling.

Learning About Teeth

  • Tooth Science Lesson: Teach about the parts of a tooth (enamel, dentin, pulp) and why baby teeth fall out. Use diagrams or even clay models.
  • Healthy Teeth Challenge: Create a chart to track brushing and flossing for the week. Talk about foods that help or hurt dental health.
  • Read-Aloud Time: Choose books like “Throw Your Tooth on the Roof” (a global look at tooth traditions) or “The Berenstain Bears Visit the Dentist.”

Tooth-Friendly Treats

  • Make snacks that are kind to teeth:
    • Apple slices with peanut butter
    • Cheese cubes
    • Yogurt parfaits with granola Talk about why these are better than sugary treats.
    • Don’t tell the Dentist but once in a while it’s okay to splurge make Sugar Cookies in the shape of Teeth or be good and make Sandwiches.

Bonus Ideas

  • Tooth Fairy Trivia Game Create a quiz with fun facts about teeth, dental hygiene, and folklore from around the world.
  • Dress-Up Day Let kids dress as the Tooth Fairy or a Tooth to create their own magical character. Charlie said if he was dressing up he wouldn’t mind being a Tooth Wizard or Molar Monster?
