Homeschooling with Board Games: Scooby-Doo Fright At The Fun Park Game

When Homeschooling you can make classes fun which is why were Homeschooling with Board Games we use Games based on Television Shows Charlie and David enjoy.

David is home from work and Charlie let David pick out the board game we will be using in Homeschooling with Board Games: Scooby-Doo Fright At The Fun Park.

For Christmas I bought Charlie Scooby-Doo, Where Are You!: Complete Series + Scooby-Doo! & Batman: The Brave and the Bold Bundle DVD on Friday we are hosting a Scooby-Doo Party.

At the party we will be having Snacks in the shapes of items dogs like ie. bones, doggies, and bows for the girl puppies. As well as Puppy Chow which Charlie can make for us.

During the week with use using Scooby-Doo Fright At The Fun Park Game Charlie will be studying Dogs and Volunteering at our Local Animal Shelter. For a Field Trip we will be visiting our local Pet Stores.

Visit your local library and check out a book on Scooby-Doo or visit your local store to pick up a book. Charlie and I went to Half Price Books and we picked up Scoob! a Dog’s Best Friend (Scooby-Doo)

Read for 30 minutes a night. On Friday in your reading journal write down three things you remember from the book.

Art Class:

Choose a scene from the Movie you watched or the book you read and draw a piece of Art from one of them. Make sure you include brief description of what you drew and why.

Math Class:

Count how many pieces are in the Game. Add them by 13, Subtract them by 7 and make up 5 more Math problems using the pieces in the Game.

Drama Class and Music Class:

Lear a song or scene from the Movies you will be watching and act it out for your parents.

Puppy Chow

Puppy Chow | i am baker

9 cups crispy rice cereal squares

½ cup peanut butter

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 ½ cups confectioners’ sugar

Directions

  • Step 1 In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate; add peanut butter and mix until smooth.
  • Step 2 Remove from heat, add cereal and stir until coated.
  • Step 3 Pour powdered sugar into large plastic bag, add coated cereal and shake until well coated. Store in airtight container.
