For those of you who aren’t aware of it I am obsessed with the Rodeo, Cowboys and Bull Riding. In High School my boyfriend even rode in the Rodeo.
As I grew up I found three movies I watch over and over 8 Seconds with Luke Perry from 90210. Still Holding On: The Legend of Cadillac Jack about Jack Favor who was my best friends grandfather. Cowboy Up with Keiffer Sutthland.
I got online and searched. I found the Stockyards Museum in Fort Worth. I kept looking. I found the Texas Cowboy Rodeo Hall of Fame . I searched there website to see if they had a display on Lane Frost.
As soon as I found out they did I let David know I wanted to go to the Fort Worth Stockyards to check out the Texas Cowboy Rodeo Hall of Fame. David surprised me on Tuesday when he asked me if I wanted to go.
Let me tell you I couldn’t get my shoes on fast enough. If you haven’t been I hope you take the time to check out Texas Cowboy Rodeo Hall of Fame and the Fort Worth Stockyards Museum as soon as possible and you can use them in your Homeschooling.
Also in the Fort Worth Stockyards is the Military Museum which David and I plan on returning to look through. As well as watching a Cattle Drive in person.

The Stockyards Museum showcases the rich history of the Fort Worth Stockyards and the north side of Fort Worth. There is a growing collection of artifacts, photos and exhibits that document everything from our Native American connections, the Chisholm Trail, the livestock market/stockyards to the Swift and Armour Packing plants.
