Life is funny I’m 8 years older than my sister and I will be 60 this year. I haven’t had problems with menopause thank the LORD but when it comes to my sister Debbie she has. Let me tell you spending time with her is hard from the mood swings. to the hot flashes one minute and being cold the next. I never know how to dress when she is around. Which drives my family crazy.

Then she has gained a lot of unwanted weight and no, matter what she does she can’t seem to lose the weight which is causing depression. Which if the truth was told I’m having the same problems with weight loss. It’s a New Year and somehow someway I am going to lose at least 50 pounds by the end of the year which is going to make my legs not hurt so much.

Now that Christmas is past us but Valentines and y sisters Birthday is coming in May I plan on purchasing her a copy of “Weight Loss Plan for Menopause: Use Your Diet to Get Through Menopause With a 7- Day Weight Loss Plan.,” even though I could give her my book which I plan on keeping to look through throughout the year.

I liked finding out the Author included recipes for Mediterranean, Low-Carb, Vegan, Vegetarian, and DASH meals which my son can prepare in his Homeschool Cooking Class and we can go over Menopause in his Health Class to prepare him for what his wife will go through when he gets married and she reaches this age.

As well as showing Charlie and David what I go through and how they can help me. Especially with my diet as I struggle to lose this weight I need to lose so I can be here when Charlie is grown. Have the book will also help me with some of the medical issues I’ve been facing including getting a good nights sleep and stop me from waking up tired everyday.
