Adult Book Recomendations Cookbooks

If you’re looking for a unique Gift for the Cooks on your Shopping List, you should check out The Instant Kitchen Meal Prep Cookbook: Plan and Cook Ahead for Fast, Family-Friendly Meals Using Your Pressure Cooker and Air Fryer (A 10-Week Guide to Fast, Healthy, and Delicious Meals) which will not be on sale until 12/30. But you can pre-order the book to have delivered to them in the New Years to keep gift giving going a little bit longer.

I was able to take a sneak-peek at the Cookbook and before I could even open the cookbook David wanted to know if we could make the dish on the cover for his mom because she has to eat healthy and with all the Vegetables, we knew she would live this recipe.

Granny Sherry doesn’t have a Pressure Cooker or Air Fryer so having the cookbook has given me ideas of what to get her for Christmas. Because having both would make making dinner for Dad, Uncle Mike and her so much easier especially on days when she isn’t feeling well.

The Author of this cookbook Coco Morante is also the Author of The Essential Instant Pot Cookbook I would like to get as well. Maby that would pull me out of the dark ages from always using a Crock Pot and get me to try the Instant Pot we have.

I love how the Author explains meal prep and why we should do it as I’ve been wanting to get started. There is even a grocery list for the staples we will need and if we purchase one or two new items a week we wouldn’t blow the grocery budget.

I love how the Author makes meal plans for us that last a week so on those busy weeknights when there isn’t enough hours in the day our family still has a sit down meal that didn’t come from a fast food resturant saving us money.

The recipes in this cookbook opened us up to new foods we hadn’t tried before which if we had been #Homeschooling would have led to many fun and unique lessons in our cooking class. Bring the family together one meal at a time.

When you begin to use the cookbook make sure you’ve eaten because the pictures in the book will have you wanting to try everything right away. The biggest thing I liked about the cookbook was the Time and Temperature Chart for Frozen Foods which we will use year-round.
